Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Psychic Saturday, held at Old Government House in Parramatta Park.
Old Government House is located in the heart of Parramatta, just 24 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD, within the City of Parramatta local government area. This UNESCO World Heritage site provides a truly unique and historic backdrop for our event. With space for more than 70 stalls (psychic readers included), exhibitors will be spread across a variety of areas, including the elegant marquee for psychics, the surrounding lawns, and dedicated exhibitor zones. Each area has been designed to allow excellent patron flow and clear visibility of stalls and displays. Parking is available within Parramatta Park, which is free on weekends. Stallholders will be able to deliver and unload from 9am on event day. Psychic ReadersPsychic readers are warmly invited to take part in Psychic Saturday by purchasing a stall, with options available both indoors and outdoors.
Indoor option: Readers will be allocated a space within the central marquee, offering a private setting to conduct readings and a central booking area. Please bring your own table. Three chairs will be provided. Outdoor option: Readers may choose an outdoor stall, but will need to provide their own marquee and equipment. Please note, psychic readers who choose to be exhibitors in outdoor marquee's are considered stallholders and will be responsible for managing their own bookings and client lists on the day. To help you have a great experience as a stallholder, we recommend you read the following:TIMES: You MUST be ready to start at 11.00am Sharp! And you MUST stay till 4pm (unless arrangements have been made with the organising committee).
SET UP TIME is from 9a.m. on the day of the Expo. CAR-PARK: Please unload as quickly as possible, and then remove your vehicle to the Bowling Green carpark area. STAFF: All stallholders are reminded that due to Council Fire Regulations, stallholders are only permitted two (2) people at 6ft tables at any time. IDENTIFICATION: You may be asked to furnish reasonable identification in compliance with the Office of Fair Trading rules act (Nov 2003). WALLS: Nothing is to be attached to the walls of any historic building. GUARANTEE: You must guarantee ALL goods against defect, and have a refund/replacement policy in case of customer dissatisfaction. DISPLAY: Have your merchandise priced and well displayed. Place boxes under tables or out of public view. TABLES & MARQUEE: Please provide your own tables and chairs, together with your marquee. Marquee must be appropriately weighted. FOOD: Food/drinks will be available but event staff are not responsible for dietary requirements and are not permitted to man your stall whilst you grab food. CASH: Bring adequate change for customers. You are responsible for your own cash security. The Organisers are NOT responsible or liable for any loss or theft. We recommend using the Square app - in which you may not need a square device. RUBBISH: No boxes, signs, food or other rubbish is to be left on tables or the floor. ALL RUBBISH (empty boxes must be flattened) is to be removed by you at the end of the day. FLYERS/HANDOUTS: You are not permitted to distribute flyers for similarly styled fairs. Promotional flyers for your own goods may be left at your table & the front entrance display table for public consumption. IMAGE: Be mindful a smile & good manners will give you fair success. We believe that Psychic Saturday offer's the public and stallholders a fantastic opportunity to come together to buy and sell a wide range of goods.
